Aerate & Reseed

Aeration involves penetrating the soil and creating small holes that allow water, air, and nutrients to reach the roots of the grass which makes them stronger. Reseeding involves spreading the correct grass seed into these new holes to encourage new grass growth, yielding a thicker, more lush turf. Stronger roots and thicker turf help a lawn be more disease and drought resistant. Bermuda should be done in the Spring and Fescue should be done in the Fall.
